$120 per person for food only
Wine Pairing: $7 per course ~ additional $35 per person

Deposit of $100 is required and 48 Hours Cancellation Notice (by Sunday February 12th at 5pm)

(Customary 17 to 20% gratuity recommended)

SMOKED SALMON capers, onions & vinaigrette
SCALLOPS seared day boat scallops with lite creame, herbs, saffron over puff pastry
TORTELLINI aged garlic, cream & morels mushrooms
RAVIOLI port, pernod blue cheese

COURSE #2

AHI TUNA lightly peppered and grilled, served with horseradish and thyme sauce
PRAWNS with butter, garlic, lemon & wine
LOBSTER TAIL cold water australian with lime beurre blanc (additional $18)
QUAIL roasted with huckleberry sauce

COURSE #3

MIXED GREENS smoked duck & goat cheese with aged balsamic vinaigrette

COURSE #4

SALMON poached in salmon broth with chambord & port wine sauce
TOURNEDOS OF BEEF CHANTERELLE golden chanterelle, herbs, ginger & brandy
ELK portabellos, game reduction cognac sauce
BUFFALO NEW YORK peppercorns, cabernet, sage & courvoisier
KOBE BEEF peppercorns, cabernet, sage & courvoisier (additional $40)

VANILLA ICE CREAM CREME BRULEE & BERRIES
MIXED BERRIES with creme anglaise
