      CUP OF cream of artichoke soup

MIXED GREENS
mixed greens, smoked duck & goat cheese
with aged balsamic vinaigrette

PRAWNS    with butter, garlic, lemon & wine

AHI TUNA   lightly peppered and grilled, served in horseradish and thyme sauce

QUAIL    roasted with huckleberries

      LOBSTER TAIL   cold water australian with lime beurre blanc (additional $ 10.00)

& port wine sauce

TOURNEDOS OF BEEF CHANTERELLE   golden chanterelle,

RACK OF LAMB   roasted & grilled with rosemary

& tarragon mustard

ELK   portabellos, game reduction cognac sauce

BUFFALO NEW YORK   peppercorns, cabernet, sage & courvoisier
